Letter to Investors about The Electronic Sprinkler

 If you had a product that could double the available water supply…would this be of interest to you…and to the world?
The demand for water has never been greater worldwide. The Greenhouse Effect, droughts, and a booming world population with increasing water demands are forcing some hard choices on the communities of the world, especially in the USA.
Approx 5 years ago, I started the process of developing a sprinkler that would sprinkle in any configuration, virtually eliminating the waste created by putting a round sprinkler in a square lawn. Due to the fact that these sprinklers have to overlap up to threes time the amount necessary, over-watering and sometimes even under-watering results.
With that in mind, the Electronic Sprinkler was designed with the ability to water an area with only one half of the water normally needed to do the job. That means, for every 2 gallons of water used to water a lawn or field now, one gallon would be saved with this invention. The impact of this on communities worldwide would amount to a paradigm shift in how water would be implicated for the turf-agriculture industries. Lawns use up to 40% of the total water cost for most homes. Consider the opportunity to save 20% on the average water usage for every home in America and around the world.
A decade of research and development went into the Electronic Sprinkler. Fours years ago, I presented to a major university. They were challenged to take this innovative idea from paper to a fully functional prototype. They took on the project and a team of 5 engineers spent one year developing the Electronic Sprinkler. The team developed it from a theory to an actual working model. This is a product that can revolutionize the sprinkler industry overnight.
 In 2006, the Electronic Sprinkler won a major national “new product” competition in the US. Venture Capital & Angel Investing rated the Electronic Sprinkler as one of the major new inventions for 2006 and 2007. To put that in perspective, Angel Investors is the largest capital investing company in America, and chooses only a handful of products each year for this honor.
Through studies we've conducted, we believe this product will elevate the company into the public arena as one of the major up-and-coming companies in the United States within the next few years. The possibilities are limitless with a product like this.
A patent was filed with the United States Patent Office in March of 2006 for the Elecronic Sprinkler, and it is now in the final stage of acceptance. A 144 page document was also submitted outlining all aspects of this innovative invention.
I have put together a strong management team with experience in this field to carry this to completion. Several years ago, I took a similar product from concept and sold it into major retailers like Wal-Mart and Home Depot. A strong business plan is in place for sophisticated investors to come on board. In the area of marketing, we have contacted several utilities that have expressed interest in the Electronic Sprinkler. Remember when utilities sent out the water reducers to shower heads and faucets. We have a new beginning for how lawns and agriculture will be watered in the future.
Our recent merger with EZ Products International, Inc. will allow better distribution of products into the retail market as we complete the R&D process. Doing this will keep the project funded and allow more emphasis to be placed on nurturing a profitable company within a short period of time.
What is needed is $1,750,000. This round of funding will be used to develop final production units for sale, establish company distribution infrastructures, and produce marketing materials and public relations.
